Activities
SUPPLY CHAIN CRISIS MANAGEMENT
- Support VP-Aftersales in crisis organization and determine new supply scheme including follow-up of shipments and set up of new route including all the HSSEQ standards’s application.
- Support VP-Aftersales in Kazakstan to reduce the current stock quantities and reduce storage to 1 location
- Launch tender with VP-Aftersales and Logistic director in KAZ for new warehousing and logistic provider

CATEGORY LEAD (PROCUREMENT)
- Support procurement activities for TEMME & TEMQ across assigned categories: Logistics and Warehousing.
- Support the Procurement Manager in implementation of purchasing and sourcing strategies and contribute inputs to category and sourcing initiatives.
- Support the analysis and review of purchasing data to help identify opportunities for cost optimization, synergies, and process improvements.
- Assist in the end – to – end tender process, including bid preparation, coordination with stakeholders, evaluation support, and documentation, up to contractual finalization.
- Participate in tender processes, negotiations, tender committees, and contract preparation activities as required, under supervision.
- Provide operational support to stakeholders in supplier management activities following contract award.
- Maintain professional and constructive working relationships with internal customers and suppliers, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.
- Act in accordance with the organization’s standards on business ethics, compliance, HSSEQ, and sustainability, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all activities.
PURPOSES
- Ensure that purchases are made within the budgeted value per the purchasing plan, in accordance with the purchasing procedures.
- Ensure the timely availability of goods and services to the end users.
- Respect deadlines and financial targets.Adapt the supply chain crisis mode with clear KPI and streamline communication
Compliance Objectives
- Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, encompassing economic sanctions and export control program, anti-corruption and fraud policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct in all professional activities.
- Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent to any instances of noncompliance or breaches of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention. Any other compliance risks identified during day‑to‑day activities should also be reported immediately.
HSSEQ Objectives
- Strictly comply with TEMME HSSEQ policies, procedures, and applicable regulations at all times.
- Participate in HSSEQ training, promote HSSEQ awareness, and support knowledge sharing when required.
- Promptly report incidents, near misses, hazards, and injuries in line with HSSEQ requirements.
- Participate in safety tours, incident investigations, and follow – up actions as required.
- Adhere to vehicle management and sustainability requirements, with the authority to stop unsafe operations.
- Demonstrate exemplary professionalism, vigilance, and commitment to HSSEQ in all activities
Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Minimum Master degree, preferably from the following disciplines: Business Economics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Technical skills
- Preferred - Experienced in the use of ERP systems & MS Suite (SAP, Ariba, Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI).
- Required - High proficiency in MS Office for data analysis. Basis legal knowledge to read and understand agreements.
- Strong negotiation and commercial awareness, with the ability to anticipate issues and support strategic decision‑making.
- Solid professional skills, including project coordination, compliance with business policies, and strong PC literacy.
- Good influencing and communication skills, with the ability to support discussions, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to change initiatives.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to engage constructively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Customer‑service‑oriented team player with a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge
- Experience supporting supply market research, supplier identification and qualification, tender processes, contract management, and performance tracking.
- Proficient in the use of procurement tools and systems, including spend analysis, e‑procurement platforms, electronic tendering, e‑auctions, and contract management tools.
Experience
- Mandatory 10+ years’ experience in Procurement with supply chain complexity, with exposure to strategic sourcing or category management.
- Experience supporting complex tenders, contracts, and supplier management.
- Strong working knowledge of logistics procurement (Incoterms, HS Codes, local regulations, HSSEQ)
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement with strong contribution to issue and risk management activities.
