We are looking for a reliable and organized Logistics Assistant to join our operations team and support daily logistics and supply chain activities. Your duties will include assisting with inventory control, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth movement of goods while maintaining accurate records.

To be successful as a Logistics Assistant, you must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow logistics procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and stock levels
• Prepare and update logistics documents and reports
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of goods
• Monitor delivery schedules and report delays or issues
• Support the logistics team with daily operational tasks
