Specialist - Logistics

ROLE PROFILE Execute end-to-end supply chain activities for assigned merchandise, ensuring compliance with Majid Al Futtaim policies and all regulatory requirements. Manage Requests for Quotation in line with the End-to-End process and approved service level agreements. Ensure timely deliveries of shipments and monitor daily replenishment to stores, launch deliveries, returns, and merchandise and non-merchandise orders in line with visual merchandising and marketing requirements. Provide regular shipment updates to stakeholders and manage incidents or discrepancies with partners. Prepare logistics performance reports and validate service provider invoices to ensure alignment with agreed commercial terms. Maintain and monitor the logistics budget tracker, comparing budget versus actual costs, and coordinate billing submissions with Finance Shared Service Center and the Finance team. Support sustainability initiatives aligned with the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow strategy. Deliver strong stakeholder service, coordinate effectively with Third Party Logistics providers, and monitor supplier performance against agreed key performance indicators and service level agreements. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Upto 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Experience managing high-volume transactions is preferred. Exposure to multi-site retail operations will be an advantage.
