Supply Chain Executive

Oversee end-to-end flow of premium goods, managing international sourcing, import logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure material availability for high-end projects. Key Responsibilities ✔ Evaluate global/local luxury suppliers and lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts. ✔ Manage international lead times, customs documentation, and import procedures. ✔ Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to align with project schedules. ✔ Work with technical teams to ensure materials meet strict specifications and manage supplier quality/reliability. ✔ Respond promptly to professional emails and handle written dictation/correspondence with stakeholders ✔ Perform accurate data entry and maintain procurement records using ERP systems and MS Office ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. ✔ 3–5 years in UAE procurement/supply chain ✔ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).✔ Immediate Joiners Only✔ Proficient in ERP (SAP/Oracle), MS Excel, and UAE customs regulations.✔ Excellent written communication skills, high speed/accuracy in data entry
