Head of Logistics and Tendering, Distributor Organization Center

As a key member of the Distributor Organization Center leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics and tendering strategies to support Hilti's Distributor network across Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. This newly created role is critical to executing the Distributors Organization strategy, with particular focus on direct shipment capabilities and Direct to Customer business for large project opportunities in markets without Hilti entities. You will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and optimal supply chain performance while supporting the transformation and growth of our distributor partnerships globally.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field; MBA preferred
• Extensive international supply chain logistics experience
• Strong understanding of cross-border trade, customs, and compliance across multiple regions
• Experience with distributor networks in emerging markets advantageous

• Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex initiatives
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities across geographies
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Project management expertise with ability to implement complex work plans

Technical Skills

• Ability to lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and techniques
• Deep supply chain network knowledge and commercial acumen
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis)
• Knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems

Business Knowledge

• Understanding of Hilti Business Model and organizational structure
• Knowledge of construction industry and market dynamics
• Commercial mindset focused on cost optimization and value creation
