Job Summary

Greenergy-LB LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator – Energy to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of energy-related products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations including procurement, transportation, and inventory control
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Support contract management and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines
• Analyze supply chain performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all supply chain activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or utilities sector
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management systems
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international logistics and customs regulations
• Familiarity with energy sector supply chain requirements
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
