Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to manage the physical flow of goods and ensure smooth on-ground operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate distribution activities, work closely with port authorities and logistics partners, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage local distribution operations to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Coordinate with port authorities, transport companies, and 3PL providers for smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers or warehouses.
• Handle on-ground operational issues and troubleshooting related to transportation, delivery, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movement, and delivery status.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements

• Experience with UAE transport regulations and logistics procedures.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• A hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations in the UAE.
• Capable of managing on-ground challenges and ensuring smooth operational flow.
