Head of Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

We’re hiring a Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory for a manufacturing business in Abu Dhabi. You’ll own service levels, cost optimisation, supplier performance, and inventory governance, ensuring the business can scale reliably. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, implement KPI routines, and drive continuous improvement across S&OP, forecasting, warehouse operations, and inbound/outbound logistics. You’ll partner closely with Production, Finance, and Commercial teams to balance availability, working capital, and customer commitments.

12–18+ years in supply chain leadership within manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG production environments. Strong experience across S&OP, procurement, inventory optimisation, and logistics. Proven track record leading teams and delivering measurable improvements in OTIF, cost, and working capital. Strong systems and process mindset (ERP exposure essential). Degree required; MBA and Lean/Six Sigma are a plus. Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management.
