Develop and execute supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions.Manage strategic supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.Ensure optimal inventory levels, material availability, and supply continuity.Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs, analytics, and reporting.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability objectives.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Master's degree and/or professional certifications (CIPS, CSCP, CPSM, APICS) preferred.12+ years of supply chain and procurement experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.Strong expertise in procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.Proven success in delivering cost savings, operational improvements, and strategic supply chain initiatives.
