The Context CEVA Logistics, one of the world's leading third-party logistics (3PL) providers, is hiring a WMS Super User & Implementation Engineer for its regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Dubai. The role serves as the functional link between contract logistics operations, customer solutions, and IT teams, driving WMS implementations, system testing, and operational optimizations across site deployments.

What the Role Covers

WMS Configuration & Operational Execution You consult on and execute system setups across warehouse projects, defining parameters such as clustering, putaway logic, packing configurations, pick routing, zoning, and master data loads. You provide hands-on, on-site implementation support during new warehouse go-lives to align system capabilities with physical operational flows.

Testing, Change Management & Quality Assurance You lead system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for WMS product releases, new feature deployments, and software patches. You manage cluster-level system change requests, troubleshoot complex operational disruptions, and coordinate system enhancements directly with the WMS Centre of Excellence.

Training, Consultancy & Stakeholder Support You deliver targeted WMS functional training to frontline operational teams, site engineers, and key users across facilities. You act as an internal consultant for logistics operations, explaining system functionalities, monitoring EDI message flows, and supporting customer warehouse visits to showcase technology capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field

• 1+ years of practical operational experience in warehouse operations, specifically working with WMS systems

• Practical understanding of WMS logic (putaway, routing, packing rules) and standard EDI message structures

• Proven ability to conduct system testing, support UAT cycles, and train operational key users

• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally for site go-lives and implementations
